The email dispatcher seems to break a few times per week. Scheduler says everything is ok however no messages are sent which creates a big problem What can we do next time it happens to research why it is breaking and why it is not auto reconnecting? If we go to the email dispatcher and tell it to run then everything goes back to normal |

Do you have some errors recorded on the platform.log file(TEAMWORK_ROOT/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/log)? if you find something connected to the "EmailMessageDispatcher" post it here so I can try to help you. |
