Hi, I am evaluating Teamwork and I have a question. I would like to define projects and tasks with a workload, but at the moment I don't know which employee will be assigned to the task. Is this possible to do, if yes, how? I am not only interested in the duration (in days), but also in the amount of working hours needed to complete the task. Finally I would like to get an overview over all unassigned tasks and workload.

cheers, Floris

At the moment this is not possible. The estimation of the work can be set only on assignments. If you want you can add a custom field on your task, say calling it "total estimated worklog".

How to add custom fields on task is described in the userguide
