Hi, At the moment Teamwork email notifications for overdue tasks are being sent at 12 hour intervals. This is leading to a very large volume of emails, is there any way that I can change this to 24 hour intervals?

Yes, to receive e-mails about overdue tasks every 24 hours you should change the interval of the job which search the expired task. To do this login as admin and go in the administration page -> scheduler monitor and go to edit the job called "ExpiredTaskFinder".

this is the job which creates the event that is then trasformed in a message for those users that are subscribed to them.

you should change the time to 1440 instead of 720. if you prefer you can change the event to daily instead of minute and chose the time when you want your job to be executed generally the night is the best moment.

Where do you go to modify the task overdue email notification contents? For instance, the Subject Line of the email and the actual email body message: Task "Example" should have been closed on 02/21/2011. It is still open, close it or update dates. Also, where do you set how much time should elapse before sending the Task Overdue email? Thank you
