A number of our users have requested to customize the auto-generated emails that TW sends when a change occurs to an issue. Here's a list of the changes we'd like to make:

  1. When the notes for an issue change, can they be included in the email?
  2. Include the issue number in the subject and the body of the email
  3. When the issue status changes: show old status and the new status (so we know the from/to change)
  4. Stop shortening the subject line (currently it cuts off the task name in the subject)
  5. Stop shortening the description link in the body of the emails (the link should include the full description)
