It would be very useful to implement synchronization between the google calendar specified in the person's option page and his agenda. If I am correct, Teamwork currently only copies events from GCal to TW. Which means events removed from GCal do not get removed from Teamwork's agenda. Also the synchronization should not require the user to declare his Google agenda public which is the case today. |

We are working on the possibility to remove the requirements of having the calendar public. Did you try using the visualization of the Google calendar instead of the import? In this way you can have a non editable view of your Google calendar events in your Teamwork agenda. This view can be set by default to show a specific calendar and is synchronized every 12 hours. |

Your suggestion sounds good. It did not work so far though: when I select "other calendars" and enter in the bottom field the ICAL address of my google calendar which I made public (is this also required in this case?) I end up on the bug page report. I tried using the public ICAL URL or the private ICAL URL (which am I supposed to use?). Both send me to the bug report page. Again, having a view of external calendars (even if they can't be modified) is essential to me since it helps me create events in TW which I mark "not available" when they are not related to work on tasks. This helps better estimate work load and plan. Thank you for your help. |
