When an assignee is deleted from a task they are still receiving email notifications even though they are no longer in the task 'assigned to' list. |

A user can be subscribed to the task events even if he/she is not assigned on it so we cannot remove those subscriptions when the assignment is removed. you should do it manually from the subscription tab in the resource editor. |
