It appears that we have the same problem as the previous poster. We have installed a clean install of 4.7 and email alerting does not work despite using the same configuration that we used under 4.6. If I send a sticky email works but it doesn't work anywhere else. We receive no notifications at all and send message also does not work. All of the background jobs appear to be running. |

We have applied the patch and restarted Teamwork and our email is working normally again, thank you. To answer your earlier question ... no, we don't have any relevant errors in our platform.log |

Thank you for pointing out the bug. We will release the patch for this as soon as possible, for the moment you can add in your global.properties (TEAMWORK_ROOT/webapps/ROOT/commons/settings)the line RUN_TWITTER=yes and restart Teamwork. This should temporary fix the problem (you may receive some e-mails after this operation, all of those that has not been sent in the last days after the upgrade). |

Do you have some errors on your platform.log file? (TEAMWORK_ROOT/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/log) |

Try as follow: Download this file http://dl.open-lab.com/emd.zip Unzip it and replace it here: YOUR_TEAMWORK_FOLDER/webapps/ROOT//WEB-INF/classes/org/jblooming/messaging Before replacing backup your Teamwork folder. Then restart Teamwork (this works for teamwork 4.7). |

Thanks I will give it a try. According to you, have I to delete the email queue of previous messages? If you have many subscriptions probably Teamwork has generated some messages tat are waiting to be sent. Backup your database then open the olpl_message table and remove those messages having media = "EMAIL"

Still not working.
All messages deleted.
If I go to the ADMIN --> MONITORING --> MESSAGES section I see as follow: (Sorry but the fields are in Italian) Oggetto: the object of the mail |
