hello, maybe a stupid question, but: we upgraded to 4.7.25010 and replaced all the .class-files to get rid of the postgres-hibernate problems. question: does this update (4.7.2012) just replace the manual upgrading of the .class files, or is this a regular upgrade, and users who have not done the replacement need to do it anyway? greetings, from vienna/austria bernhard mäser |

This is not a silly question! From release 4.7.25010 all users using PostgreSql need to do the update of the classes as described in the guide. This operation needs to be done each time you upgrade your installation to a new version because the installer overwrite the classes. is it possible to include the patches in the next release? it feels kind of stupid to patch a patch every time i upgrade to a new version.

Unfortunately this is not possible. Classes modification are required only for postgreSql, so we cannot add them to the main release.
