We purchased Teamwork mainly to manage projects based on business processes. We like the way it puts controls over the tasks and the ease to complete and move from task to task - by simply clicking on the button/s to "proceed". This is great, thanks! I have been evaluating Teamwork Mobile to see if the functions available in the mobile version are useful for us in managing the process-based projects. We wanted to see if Teamwork, being available via smartphones like blackberrys, could be used by some of our users that need to simply "approve" or "reject" (for example) the task. We thought that when the user gets his email from Teamwork on his blackberry about his activated task (where his action is now required), he would simply click on the link to the task on the email. This would then take him straight to the task's general page, then click on the appropriate button to complete his task. If it was working that way then that would have been FANTASTIC!!! Unfortunately, there isn't much that you can do in projects on the mobile version. The buttons do not show. Would you please consider making the process buttons available in Teamwork Mobile. Once you've made them available, then we would most likely use the mobile version for the purpose I've described above. Thank you! |

This seems to be a good suggestion. At the moment there is not a direct link to a task page in the mobile part but we will consider the possibility to add it (even in the e-mail body) so that reading the notification e-mail from the phone could directly send you to the mobile part. If this feature will be implemented we will also add the buttons to manage a process.Thanks! |
