Integrating customer discussion about project without having customers entering into the TW process is something that is not actually possible and forces us to manually copy all emails into diary. What would be pretty interesting would be to be able to add diary entries into projects through mail. For example, i would send a mail to my customer, subject being partially a tag for teamwork, like "TASK #IG.01# diary: problem about a process", with teamwork server as a CC. teamwork would create a diary entry (with title "problem about a process"), and all responses to the mails would be added to the diary too. That would help a lot in centralizing emails without the burden of giving TW access to customer.

What do you think?

Thanks for your feedback, I will think about your request. I just want to let you know that there is the possibility for customers to see Task's info and add issues without having login. They can use the task public pages.

You find all info on the user guide here. http://www.twproject.com/Teamwork4_UserGuide.htm#_Toc297642297

Thanks for your answer and the nice feature. Not sure i will use it instead of the diary. Looks like an overkill workaround to me at the moment. ... but nice to know. :)
