Mail Service returns with "Mehrere Benutzer, die E-Mail: "?

Hi!

The mail service returns the following error via email: "Mehrere Benutzer, die E-Mail: " on sending an attachment with a subject "TASK#P9955#attachment" to teamwork - but there are no 2 resources with the same email address?

Kindly advise ...

this corresponds to the following label: TWMAIL_MULTIPLE_USER_FOR_EMAIL

Teamwork send that message when it found more than one user with a specific e-mail. To check this, it does a select on the table olpl_anagraphicaData doing a join with the olpl_operator table. Check if doing the same query on your database you get more than one result and let me know

Solution: It was another instance which read the emails wrongly ... ;/ ...
