I try to add an event and any combinations of my inputs lead me to the "Oooops...." generic error splash page.

Env details: version 4.7+M (build 25104) OS: Linux Database: Oracle

I cannot see any specifics in the platform.log. Anyone has any idea where to investigate or how to fix this?

It seems that the problem occurred because your resources on their options have activated the "send appointments to my e-mail account" but then you have not set the e-mail settings configuration. The interface should not crash and we are working to fix it, but waiting for the next release, you could add e-mail configuration in order to let Teamwork send e-mail or disable the notification options (options tab in resource editor).

Silvia,

Thanks for the advice, I went to admin/email configuration/configure smpt and filled in some values. Now it does not crash and I can create events. It was interesting that the default values worked fine as the linux box had proper settings and the notification mails went out normally without any settings, just using the default values.

Thanks again, Laszlo
