Temporary file created in bin folder

We have noticed that Teamwork saves some temporary file in our bin folder. Teamwork repository configuration is fine and we do not know if it is normal or if it is a bug. Help is highly appreciated.

We have made several tests but we are not able to replicate it. I could be a tomcat configuration problem. ON which operating system it is installed? If you open the files are you able to recognize if they are document uploaded on task or maybe personal image on the operator options?
